LNG – Wat ist dat nochmal? Leider Nicht Geil? Oder Liquified Natural Gas? Seit einigen Jahren beschäftigen sich Teile der Klimagerechtigkeitsbewegung mit dem massiven Ausbau von Flüssiggas in Deutschland und Europa. Wir sind Menschen von Ende Gelände und geben einen Überblick darüber, was da passiert - über die Klimaverbrechen, die neokoloniale Ausbeutung, die Greenwashing-Strategien der Gasindustrie und aktuelle Entwicklungen an den (angedachten) Standorten der Terminals. Den letzten Teil des Workshops widmen wir dem Widerstand und Kampf gegen LNG, dem was ansteht und wie ihr euch einbringen könnt.

LNG - What was that again? For some years now, parts of the climate justice movement in Germany and Europe have been fighting the massive expansion of the import of liquified natural gas. We are peeps from Ende Gelände and in this workshop we give an overview of what is happening at the moment concerning lng: the climate crimes, the neocolonial extraction, the greenwashing lies of the gas industry and current developments at the (planned) locations of the terminals. The last part of the workshop is dedicated to the resistance towards lng expansion and how one be part of it.
