In diesem interaktiven Workshop geht es darum, den Einfluss der deutschen Kolonialpolitik und der Globalisierung der Agrarmärkte vor dem 1. Weltkrieg auf die damalige deutsche Landwirtschaft besser zu verstehen. Es könnte sich herausstellen, dass sich damals Strukturen entwickelt haben, die sich noch heute wiedererkennen lassen.

In this interactive workshop, we aim to better understand how German colonial politics and the globalization of agricultural markets before World War I haveaffected German agriculture. It may turn out that developments took place in this period whose effects can still be felt today.
