In diesem Workshop werden wir interaktiv zunächst die Probleme und Fallstricke von Plena zusammentragen - an welchen Stellen sie nicht besonders fürsorglich sind - und uns anschließend meinen konkreten Vorschlag (anhand eines beispielhaften Flipcharts) ansehen, wie wir die Struktur unserer Plena fürsorglicher gestalten können, so dass möglichst Alle mit einem guten Gefühl nach Hause gehen können ✊ Diesen Vorschlag werden wir dann interaktiv ergänzen und verbessern.

In this workshop, we’ll start by interactively identifying the problems and pitfalls of meetings - the areas where they aren’t particularly caring - and then look at my specific proposal for how we can make the structure of our meetings more caring (by looking at an example Flipchart), so that as many people as possible can go home feeling good ✊ We’ll then work together to expand on and improve this proposal.
