Die Begegnung mit Polizei, Justiz und anderen Repressionsorganen ist unangenehm - und soll es auch sein, da es um Einschüchterung und Strafe geht. Es macht Sinn, sich vor Repression zu schützen. Doch damit ist nicht alles gesagt, denn durch das Auftauchen von Polizei wird unsere Aktion auch mehr wahrgenommen. Ebenso bietet jedes Gerichtsverfahren Chancen, die wir ohne es nicht hätten. Wir müssen diese nur geschickt nutzen. Der Workshop gibt einen Überblick über Möglichkeiten, Repression abzuwehren und zu nutzen. Das ersetzt keine intensiveren Trainings, aber kann einen guten Einstieg bieten. :::: Encounters with the police, the judiciary, and other repressive authorities are unpleasant—and that’s exactly the point, since the goal is intimidation and punishment. It makes sense to protect ourselves against repression. But that’s not the whole story, because the police’s presence also draws more attention to our action. Likewise, every court proceeding offers opportunities we wouldn’t have otherwise. We just have to use them skillfully. This workshop provides an overview of ways to fend off and make use of repression. It is not a substitute for more intensive training, but it can serve as a good starting point.
