Germany is one of Europe’s largest importers of fossil fuels – and thus bears significant responsibility for environmental destruction, human rights violations and global warming. The DUH has been taking legal action against fossil fuel projects for years, for example in the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. How can we use existing law to bring about systemic change?
