Ich möchte hier einen Austauschraum öffnen für alle, die schon seit 10 Jahren oder noch länger Teil linksradikaler Kämpfe sind und das Bedürfnis haben sich darüber auszutauschen.
Nach all den Jahren anstrengendem Kampf, erscheint das Ziel so weit entfernt wie nie zuvor. Nichts ändert sich und wenn doch, dann zum schlechteren. Scheinbare Erfolge verpuffen schnell, die Traumata und Narben aus den Kämpfen bleiben währenddessen. Genoss*innen kommen und gehen, von denen mit denen du deine erste richtige Aktion gemacht hast ist inzwischen kaum noch jemand dabei. Auf dem System Chance-Camp werden fast die selben Workshops angeboten wie vor 10 Jahren schon auf dem Klimacamp, anstatt auf dem Gelernten aufzubauen wiederholen wir es. Wir führen immer noch die gleichen internen Debatten wie damals, ohne sichtbare Fortschritte, egal ob es um Militanz, kulturelle Aneignung oder den Nahost-Konflikt geht. Und aus diesem Weitwinkel erscheint das alles plötzlich so sinnlos... Aber mit zynischen Kommentaren hältst du dich zurück, du willst den hoffnungsvollen, begeisterten und motivierten jungen Leuten das alles ja auch nicht nehmen. In dieser Austauschrunde soll endlich mal Platz für all das sein.

I’d like to create a space here for everyone who has been part of radical left-wing struggles for 10 years or longer and feels the need to discuss these issues.
After all these years of grueling struggle, the goal seems farther away than ever before. Nothing changes, and when it does, it’s for the worse. Apparent successes fizzle out quickly, while the traumas and scars from the struggles remain. Comrades come and go; hardly anyone is left from the group with whom you carried out your first real action. At the System Chance Camp, almost the same workshops are offered as were at the Climate Camp 10 years ago; instead of building on what we’ve learned, we’re just repeating it. We’re still having the same internal debates as back then, with no visible progress, whether the topic is militancy, cultural appropriation, or the Middle East conflict. And from this broader perspective, it all suddenly seems so pointless... But you hold back from making cynical comments—you don’t want to take all that away from the hopeful, enthusiastic, and motivated young people. In this discussion group, there should finally be room for all of that.
