Zu Anfang gibt es einen kurzen Input zum Thema Nährstoffkreisläufe in der Natur und warum Kompostieren so wichtig ist. Im Anschluss wird’s praktisch: wir werden gemeinsam ein Teil der Schnippel-Reste von der Küfa an ausgewählten Orten kompostieren.

We’re here with you to make sure the nutrients in the food scraps generated at the Küfa (Kitchen for Everyone) aren’t wasted but are returned to the soil.
We’ll start with a brief introduction to nutrient cycles in nature and why composting is so important. Then it’s time to get hands-on: together, we’ll compost some of the food scraps from the Küfa at selected locations.
