We will take a morning walk around the camp where I will help you identify a few key wild plants that are useful for food purposes and some with medicinal purposes, too. For example, did you know stinging nettle can be made into soup and chips, but also help against muscle and joint pain? That plantains can be used for sores and mosquito bites, but also green sauce? I will give practical information on a number of plants and help you see the usefulness of the everyday plants around you while cultivating them in a mindful and respectful way.
