The Atlas Network and its affiliated foundations and think tanks are preparing a neoliberal-fascist takeover. This lecture presents the modus operandi of the Atlas Network and uses the Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025—which was instrumental in Trump’s rise to power—to illustrate how a far-right structural framework operates.
Using the example of Javier Milei in Argentina—an Atlas fellow and Heritage poster boy—the talk demonstrates how a power grab and neoliberal attacks on the welfare state, labor unions, and workers rights might unfold. Finally, the presentation will also address the German Atlas Initiative, the far-right extremists involved in it, and their project in Germany. The connection between neoliberal and right-wing think tanks and the rise of the radical right will be examined.
