Wenn wir gegen den Faschismus kämpfen, wollen wir das gemeinsam tun. Wir organisieren uns nicht nur zusammen, sondern versuchen auch unsere Herausforderungen gemeinsam anzugehen.
Mit dem Action Learning Circle (ALC) wollen wir euch ein Werkzeug vorstellen, mit dem kollektive Beratungsprozesse in einen festen Rahmen gebracht werden können.
Wir fangen an mit einem kurzen Input, was der ALC ist und wie er aufgebaut ist. Ihr könnt euch dann entscheiden, ob ihr die Methode in eure Politgruppe mitnehmt oder auch schon vor Ort mit Menschen ausprobiert.
Nachdem Input gehen wir in Kleingruppen und werden den ALC direkt in der Praxis umsetzen.
Dabei ist der ALC so aufgebaut, dass Menschen ein Problem/ Herausforderung aus der eigenen politischen Praxis mit einer Gruppe an 5-7 Menschen teilen. Mit einer festen Methode bearbeitet die Gruppe für eine Stunde das mitgebrachte Thema.
Besonderen gut funktioniert diese Methode, wenn ihr sie mit Menschen macht, mit denen ihr schon eine Vertrauensbasis habt. Das ist kein Muss! Kann die Methode aber erleichtern.

When we fight against fascism, we want to do it together. Not only do we organise together, we also try to tackle our challenges together.
With the Action Learning Circle (ALC), we want to introduce you to a tool with which collective consultation processes can be brought into a fixed framework.
We will start with a short input on what the ALC is and how it is structured. You can then decide whether you want to take the method into your political group or try it out with people on site.
After the input, we will go into small groups and put the ALC directly into practice.
The ALC is structured in such a way that people share a problem/challenge from their own political practice with a group of 5-7 people. Using a fixed method, the group works on the topic for one hour.
This method works particularly well if you do it with people with whom you already have a basis of trust. This is not a must! But it can make the method easier.
