Ihr habt ein Projekt, aber noch keine Struktur dafür?
Wo Geld lagern? Wie Spenden einnehmen? Auf wessen Namen bestellen wir die Flyer? Wer unterschreibt Verträge? Wer haftet? Zahlen wir Steuern und wer?
Übelst nervige Fragen, ich weiß! Aber ich behaupte, es gibt darauf oft einfache Antworten: Eine Option ist ein Verein – das geht auch ohne viel Bürokratie.
Komm vorbei und in 1,5 Stunden hast du mit etwas Glück den Verein für dein Projekt schon fertig gegründet und einsatzbereit ;)
Do you have a project but no structure for it yet?
Where do we keep the money? How do we accept donations? In whose name do we order the flyers? Who signs the contracts? Who is liable? Do we pay taxes, and if so, who?
These are incredibly annoying questions, I know! But I’d argue that there are often simple answers: One option is to form a association ("Verein")—it can be done without a lot of red tape.
Come by, and with a little luck, in just 1.5 hours you’ll have your association for your project up and running ;)
Es wird ein Einblick in Grundlagen des Vereinsrechts geben sowie in den Prozess der Gründung eines Vereins (Input). Dann wird jede Teilnehmer:in/Gruppe auf Basis einer Vorlage eine eigene Vereinssatzung fertigstellen können. Ziel ist die Selbstermächtigung zur selbständigen Weiterentwicklung eigener Projekte.

The workshop will provide an overview of the basics of nonprofit law as well as the process of establishing a nonprofit organization (input). Participants or groups will then be able to draft their own bylaws using a template. The goal is to empower participants to independently develop their own projects.
