All In is a daring (book) project that confront us with the urgency of dismantling capitalism in the short-term to avoid climate collapse, while building a a revolutionary theory of change and the organizational model to deliver it. More than a book from the movement to the movement, "All in" provides a set of tools for movement-level strategy within the ruptural transformation ecology, advancing propositions on grand strategies (mass agitation, spontaneous uprising, ideological mobilisation) for different scenarios in society and capabilities for groups and, hence, the movement to invest in.
In this participatory workshop we want to first discuss the analysis and proposal the book formulates, followed by a set of exercises to encourage organizers to reflect on their groups' position in the movement as well as their theory of change while exploring associated assumptions and pitfalls. We seek to then build on this base across the week with a series of further workshops.

«All In» ist ein gewagtes (Buch-)Projekt, das uns mit der Dringlichkeit konfrontiert, den Kapitalismus kurzfristig abzubauen, um einen Klimakollaps zu verhindern, und gleichzeitig eine revolutionäre Theorie des Wandels sowie das Organisationsmodell zu entwickeln, um diese umzusetzen. «All In» ist mehr als nur ein Buch aus der Bewegung für die Bewegung: Es bietet eine Reihe von Werkzeugen für die Strategie auf Bewegungsebene im Rahmen einer Ökologie des bruchhaften Wandels und entwickelt Vorschläge für Grossstrategien (Massenagitierung, spontane Aufstände, ideologische Mobilisierung) für verschiedene gesellschaftliche Szenarien sowie Fähigkeiten, in die Gruppen – und damit die Bewegung – investieren sollten.
In diesem partizipativen Workshop wollen wir zunächst die Analyse und die Vorschläge des Buches diskutieren, gefolgt von einer Reihe von Übungen, die Organisator*innen dazu anregen sollen, über die Position ihrer Gruppen in der Bewegung sowie über ihre Theorie des Wandels nachzudenken und dabei damit verbundene Annahmen und Fallstricke zu erörtern. Auf dieser Grundlage wollen wir dann im Laufe der Woche mit einer Reihe weiterer Workshops aufbauen.
