Wer den Boden hat, hat die Macht. Eigentum an Boden ist weltweit sehr ungleich verteilt. Auch in Deutschland besitzen wenige große Betriebe und außerlandwirtschaftliche Unternehmen immer mehr landwirtschafltiche Flächen - gerade in Ostdeutschland. Die Spekulation mit Ackerland lässt Kauf- & Pachtpreise in Höhen steigen, die von lokalen Landwirt:innen nicht mehr aufgebracht oder rückerwirtschaftet werden können.
Im Workshop betrachten wir die landwirtschaftliche Bodenmarktsituation in Deutschland und erarbeiten uns Alternativen einer gerechten, gesellschaftlichen Verteilung, Nutzung und Schutz von Boden.

Whoever owns the land has the power. Land ownership is very unevenly distributed worldwide. In Germany, too, a small number of large farms and non-agricultural companies own more and more agricultural land, especially in eastern Germany. Speculation on farmland is driving up purchase and lease prices to levels that local farmers can no longer afford or recoup.
In this workshop, we will examine the agricultural land market situation in Germany and develop alternatives for the fair, social distribution, use and protection of land.
The speakers, Inka and Manu, are part of the young Association of Peasant Agriculture. Manu is a speaker at the Association for the Promotion of Rural Agriculture (FöbL).
