In this workshop we'll explore why and how to break free from (mostly US dominated) Big Tech with its shitty deals, shitty-quality services and unbridled surveillance. The risk of you or your organization being fully dependent on Big Tech is simply too high, especially when we see society collapsing before our eyes. Therefore, it’s both important and urgent. As if that weren’t enough, the US tech bro’s monopolies actively support the rise of totalitarian regimes, fascism, the genocide in Gaza and other war crimes in west-Asia and elsewhere. You simply don’t want to be supporting that team.
